Punctuality and Courtesy
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times include
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment at the salon. We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation card, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only. Please also be mindful of other clients before you that might be in the treatment room, so entering the salon quietly will be very much appreciated.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to treatment and it is at the discretion of the owner as to whether you get charged for the cancelled treatment. If a charge is incurred then you will be required to pay Chiara Bella 50% of your treatment cost.
As an Ambassador of
Sometimes we have products in stock but due to the nature of the products being 100% naturally derived and made freshly at Tropic HQ in Surrey, its best to order them as and when required, So payment will be taken up front and the products will be ready for collection (or delivery if required) usually within 7 days.
All information you provide us will be kept in a safe place and under the strictest of confidence and purely used for our services here at the salon.
If you have any medical conditions or are pregnant when booking your treatment, please let us know because some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.
Cash and most major credit and debit cards are accepted including American Express.
This is required for any tinting or lash lifts at least 24-48 hours prior to your treatment.
